Rip Curl Cup Padang Padang 2026 Women’s Local Trials Get The Green Light Today

Rip Curl Cup Padang Padang has officially issued a GREEN ALERT for the Women's Local Trials, with competition set to run on Monday, 20 July 2026, as a promising swell approaches Bali's Bukit Peninsula.

While the Women's competition has been called ON, the Men's Local Trials will not be run during this swell. Instead, invited men's athletes will participate in two dedicated warm-up sessions, allowing competitors valuable time in the lineup while preserving a fair competition format for the next suitable swell.

With only a limited window of quality surf expected, there is insufficient time to complete the Men's Local Trials while maintaining the standard of competition the Rip Curl Cup is known for. Contest officials will continue monitoring the next forecasted swell, currently expected around 30 July, for a potential Men's Trials day.

Women's Grand Final

Four of Indonesia's top female tube riders will battle for two coveted spots in the Rip Curl Cup Padang Padang 2026 Main Event.
