17 October 2026 to 18 October 2026 (Bali Time / WITA, UTC+8).

1. Eligibility

1.1. Participation is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria specified by Rip Curl Indonesia for this promotion.

1.2. Participants must provide a valid email address and complete the required entry steps during the promotion period.

1.3. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter this promotion. Any exception for participants under 18 years old must be expressly approved by the promoter and comply with applicable law.

1.4. Employees of the promoter and other individuals directly involved in administering the promotion may be excluded from participation.

1.5. Existing Club Rip Curl members and new customers may participate, provided they meet the eligibility requirements and complete the required entry steps.

1.6. Newsletter subscription alone does not automatically establish eligibility to win. Participants must satisfy all applicable entry requirements stated in these Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Participants must access the designated GromSearch 2026 offline activation landing page through the event QR code or another promotional link provided by Rip Curl Indonesia.

2.2. Participants must complete and submit the designated entry form between 17 October 2026 and 18 October 2026 (Bali Time / WITA, UTC+8).

2.3. Participants must complete any additional steps explicitly stated on the landing page or communicated by the promoter as part of the entry process.

2.4. If Club Rip Curl membership is a requirement for entry, participants must successfully join the Club Rip Curl Indonesia loyalty program before the promotion closes. Existing members do not need to join again.

2.5. Each eligible participant may enter once. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

2.6. Entry is subject to successful submission and verification of the information required by the promoter.

3. Prizes

The promotion offers the following prizes, subject to final confirmation by Rip Curl Indonesia:

• Rip Curl voucher with a total stated value of Rp5,000,000.

• Rip Curl Cup merchandise pack.

• F-LIGHT backpack.

3.1. The number of winners and the allocation of prizes will be determined by the promoter and communicated as part of the promotion details.

3.2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless otherwise stated by the promoter or required by applicable law.

3.3. Any restrictions on voucher redemption, including validity period, eligible products, minimum spend, and exclusions, will be communicated with the relevant voucher.

4. Winner Selection and Announcement

4.1. The draw will take place on 29 October 2026 using the promoter's internal selection process.

4.2. Winners will be selected from eligible entries received during the promotion period of 17 October 2026 to 18 October 2026.

4.3. Winners will be announced on 31 October 2026 and contacted by Rip Curl Indonesia using the contact details provided during entry.

4.4. Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving their prizes.

4.5. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the response period specified in the winner notification, or is found to be ineligible, the promoter may select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

4.6. The promoter will communicate prize collection or delivery arrangements directly to the selected winners.

5. Newsletter Subscription and Club Rip Curl Membership

5.1. Newsletter subscription and Club Rip Curl Indonesia membership are separate activities.

5.2. By subscribing to the newsletter, participants consent to receive the communications described in the newsletter sign-up form. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

5.3. Joining Club Rip Curl Indonesia is subject to the separate Club Rip Curl program Terms & Conditions.

5.4. Loyalty points and member benefits are subject to the applicable Club Rip Curl program rules, qualifying purchases, and other eligibility requirements.

5.5. Unless explicitly stated as a requirement in these promotion Terms & Conditions, subscribing to the newsletter or joining Club Rip Curl does not guarantee a prize or automatically complete a giveaway entry.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

6.1. Personal information submitted through the entry form will be handled by Rip Curl Indonesia in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

6.2. Information may be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact participants regarding their entries, notify winners, and arrange prize fulfilment.

6.3. Newsletter marketing communications will be handled according to the consent provided by the participant. Entry into the promotion and consent to ongoing marketing communications are separate matters.

6.4. Personal information will be accessed and used only for purposes permitted by the applicable privacy notice, relevant consent, and applicable law.

6.5. Participants may exercise applicable privacy rights as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. General Conditions

7.1. The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify participants who breach these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent or misleading conduct.

7.2. If circumstances beyond the promoter's reasonable control affect the promotion, the promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where permitted by applicable law. Any material changes will be communicated appropriately.

7.3. The promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the promotion will be made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

7.4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
