Official Call | Rip Curl Cup 2023, Padang Padang, Bali
Rip Curl Cup Contest Director, Chong, crisscrossed the Indian Ocean on a jet ski in search of swell, and now the final call has officially been made: The #RipCurlCup Padang Padang presented by Samudera Indonesia will NOT be held in 2023.
During the month-long August holding period, no swell at Padang Padang ever produced the world-class caliber waves required to hold the Ultimate Tuberiding Contest. We look forward to sharing a truly historic day of epic barrels and tuberiding performances at Padang Padang with all of you next year in 2024.
