4. Ensure your purchase is correct before you proceed to Check Out

5. Click [Check Out] then you will need to fill out contact and shipping details

6. You may continue as guest with limited future offers and deals or choose to create a member account to get all the benefits. To sign up, click [log in] then you will be directed to a sign-up page.

7. Choose one of available shipping methods and put discount code (if any) on the check out page. Please make sure that you put a complete shipping address to get a correct shipping calculation and to be able to proceed to payment.

8. On the payment page, choose the payment method and billing address.

The New Version of Automatic verification payment options will have only one way to pay using Automatic Bank Transfer (Virtual Account). Click [Complete order] button to select some option like BCA, BNI, Mandiri and more...

9. Click [Complete order]

10. Congrats! Your order details are sent to your email. 

11. Updated note: For customer who use “Bank Transfer – Konfirmasi Manual” this payment method is not available now. Please use the "Virtual Accounts" payment option instead.

We try our best to ship all orders received before 12pm (WITA – Central Indonesian Time) the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day. We are partnered with Shipdeo to ensure safe & secure delivery of your items with providing some choices of courier. Orders are shipped via eParcel from Denpasar, Bali. All items are traceable and have the option to require signature on delivery.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Rip Curl online purchase simply return it to us following our procedures and within 21 days of receipt and we will issue you an exchange or full refund for the product.

To return any items you must fill out our online Return Authorisation Request, so we can issue you with a unique Return Authorisation code. Our Head Office in Bali stretch across Warehousing and multiple offices so it is very important that you receive a Return Authorisation Code, and follow the specific instructions for addressing and sending your items.

Yes we can accept an exchange or refund for swimwear on the condition that the item is deemed unworn by Rip Curl customer service, the swing tag remains attached and the hygeine sticker is in place.

Rip Curl will cover standard postage costs for any items which are faulty and still under warranty. The postage on all other returns or exchanges must be paid by the customer.

To have your watch assessed, or battery/band replaced by our technicians, please follow the steps below.

The technicians will send you an email with their findings and whether it is covered by warranty or not, at this point you can decide whether or not to go ahead with the work. When you see 'SOLD OUT' that means we are out of the colour and size you have selected. If you would still like to purchase this item you can contact your nearest Rip Curl Store or our Ecommerce Admin to WA number  08113974469 (chat only), and ask them to do a search on what stores in your area may have stock remaining.

3) Cash On Delivery (COD). Now, you may proceed with this payment method.

Sorry, no. Rip Curl Gift Vouchers that were purchased in-store are unable to be redeemed online, they are for use in our retail stores only.

Other-ways there will be a marketing promotion available and following with a clear direction in-store.

No. But the good news is that Rip Curl retailers can, so ask your local store if they can help get the item you need in.

Sorry, currently Rip Curl Indonesia not offering a eGift Card/Voucher yet. We will update information about this here when we have option for you to purchase eGift Card/Voucher and redeemed online.

Rip Curl is a strong advocate for recycling and recommend donating your old wetsuits to local surf schools or even high schools who use material in arts classes. Unfortunately we can not accept used wetsuits at Rip Curl.
