Rip Curl Cup Padang Padang 2023 Media Accreditation
Media Registration Rules:
- Official Surf Media or Sports Media will be prioritized to cover The Rip Curl Cup Main Event.
- Media can only register through the Registration Form
- Media is obliged to inform:
- Photographer name and contact number (active and reachable)- Media platform (IG and/or Website)- Rip Curl will assign your heat- Check out the Heat Draw here
- Rip Curl will only contact the chosen photographer to inform the details.
- Rip Curl has the final rights to decide who goes where and which heat.
- No drone or water shoot allowed
The Chosen Photographer:
- Must arrive at the beach and report to Media tent at least 1 hour prior to the designated Heat.
- Media tent will be located near the Beach Marshall tent.
- Please report and stand by at the Media tent 15 minutes prior to the designated Heat.
- If the Photographer fails to show up when the boat is about to depart, Rip Curl has the rights to give the priority to other Photographer.
- All the uploaded photos taken from the boat during the event is mandatory to tag @Ripcurlasia and #RipCurlCup #PadangPadang2022 #ItsOnWhenItsOn
Event Timing: It's On When It's On (Potential Run: August 16th - 18th)
Location: Padang Padang Beach
Media will be assigned/allocated to the chosen HEAT by Rip Curl Indonesia
Those who are accredited by Rip Curl Indonesia, will be contacted through whatsapp personally, if you are not, then you are not accredited.
Those who show up on the D-day without any accreditation, will not be allowed to shoot or get in the water. If you do not show up on assigned HEAT TIME, you will be replaced by other media/shooter.
