SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN
Responsible for managing the brand’s social media operations, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and high-quality content across platforms. This hands-on role supports the marketing and brand activation team with daily tasks, including content scheduling, community management, engagement tracking, and coordinating with influencers (KOLs).
Preference will be given to those candidate showing the following skills & qualifications:
- Based in Bali or open to relocate
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management for a brand, agency, or influencer
- Deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content strategy
- Fun, creative, communicative, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office

- Report to Head of Marketing Communication
- Content Management - plan, schedule, and publish
- Community Management - engage with audience & followers and grow community
- Monitoring and Reporting
- KOL & Influencers Coordination
- Work collaboration within Marketing team, company and externally
- Paid ads support
